Delavnice so namenjene poglabljanju razumevanja in izkušnje z vadbo in/ali naslavljanju specifične tematike. Običajno niso namenjene začetnikom, razen kjer je to posebej označeno. Prijave na vse delavnice so obvezne.

Poletne delavnice v naravi

Dopoldanske vadbe so aktivnejše, popoldan vadimo restorativne položaje in 0pranajamo. Popoldan  lahko izkoristite za skok v Sočo ali kulinariko v Brdih. 

Udeležite se lahko poljubnega števila vadb (terminov, 1-4). 

Cenik: 40€ (dopoldan), 30€ (popoldan), 100€ (cel vikend). V ceni je vključeno: vadba, prigrizek, napitek, počitek v naravni senci gozda in navodila za potep in osvežitev ter po potrebi tudi pomoč pri organizaciji prenočitve in hrane.  Lokacija: SATI Center za odmike, 5252 Trnovo pri Gorici (Trnovska planota)

Obrazna joga

Elegantno staranje na naraven način – Večja mišična napetost pomeni bolj napeto kožo, tako kot povsod v telesu.

Trajanje: tri mesece, šest srečanj ob SREDAH (5+1):

PREDSTAVITEV: 

Učinki: Večje zavedanje obraza, reprogramiranje obrazne mimike, aktivirane mišice obraza, boljši pretok krvi, boljši pretok limfe. Mehkejše linije obraza, bolj polna lica, napeta koža, višje, bolj izrazite ličnice, lepše definirana linija čeljusti, manj gub in še te postanejo plitkejše.

Več samozavesti. Nega samih sebe, svoje ženskosti (ali moškosti), nežnost in sprejemanje, več optimizma.

Povezanost s skupnostjo enako navdušenih.

Po dveh tednih opazite bolj debela lica, bolj napeto kožo, bolj sijoče oči. Učinki se iz tedna v teden stopnjujejo in večajo.

Prvih pet tednov se sistematično učite vaj (tedenska srečanja po cca dve uri), jih vadite vsak dan, pod budnim nadzorom učiteljice, ki sproti popravlja morebitne napake, nedoslednosti in razrešuje dileme.

Potem sedem tednov vsak dan vadite sami, spet pod nadzorom, seveda.

Zadnje srečanje je namenjeno opazovanju rezultatov in dokumentiranju le-teh. Poleg še nekaj trikov za popotnico. Zdaj je joga obraza vaša vsakodnevna navada.

Pogosta vprašanja:

Ali zadeva deluje?

Ja, če jo vadite.

Ali lahko vadim jogo obraza, če imam/uporabljam polnila?

Lahko, to dvoje ni v nasprotju.

Ali lahko vadim jogo obraza, če uporabljam botox?

Ne, to dvoje je v popolnem nasprotju, botulin toksin mišico omrtvi oz. ustavi signal, ki ga v mišico pošilja živčni sistem. Taka mišica sčasoma atrofira. Če želite vaditi jogo obraza, počakajte, da učinki izzvenijo.

Ali lahko pretiravam?

Ne, obraza ne morete “prenatrenirati”.

Koliko časa traja, da opazim prve učinke?

Dva tedna vsakodnevne vadbe.

Koliko časa na dan moram vaditi?

Na začetku (prve tri mesece) od pol ure do 45 minut, kasneje je dovolj 10-15 minut na dan.

Zakaj se vadbi reče joga?

Vadimo z mišicami v napetem stanju, uporabljamo protiupor, povečujemo zavedanje, treniramo fokus.

Seveda pa ne pozabite, da je vadba veliko bolj učinkovita, če vadite s celim telesom…

Če vmes kakšno vajo pozabim, imam vprašanje..?
